Submitting an inquiry through our website does not constitute a confirmed booking. All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by alpine-fell. A binding agreement is formed only when we confirm your booking in writing and receive the required deposit.
Specific terms regarding cancellations, refunds, and payment schedules will be provided in your booking confirmation and associated documentation.
Wilderness activities carry inherent risks including, but not limited to, unpredictable weather conditions, wildlife encounters, difficult terrain, and physical exertion. By participating in our expeditions, you acknowledge these risks and accept responsibility for your own safety to the extent permitted by law.
Participants may be required to sign additional waivers and acknowledgment forms before participating in expeditions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, alpine-fell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms of Use or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services, if any.
